| This victim appears to be a male wearing a red shirt and darker pants. He definitely has his arms crossed while falling. It appears that his left hand was actually on top of his right arm while falling. He may be left-handed. There were not enough pixels to accurately edit the victim's face and hair. |

| We had very few pixels to work with in the original image
as you can see when the original 27x33 pixel image is resized using PSP
"pixel resize" to 393x480 pixels in image 1 below. Details, like facial
features and hairline, are impossible to retrieve from such a small image.
The head area is less than 20 pixels!
"Bicubic interpolation" is used above because it is best for most accurately enlarging images. The color of a pixel in an image enlarged with "Bicubic" interpolation is the mathematical average of colors of 16 adjacent pixels:
Therefore, to accurately recover detail from an area of an image using "bicubic interpolation" that area must have dimensions larger than 5 pixels. The face of this original image was only 3 pixels wide. Images below were resized using "pixel resize." Image 1 was lightened with PSP gamma=3 and colored with HSL saturation=85. |
